Diablo 4 is Blizzard's take on an online Diablo game, and it has been hugely successful. Like the previous games, it offers players the opportunity to participate in Seasons. These are limited-time events that allow players to focus on seasonal characters.

The latest season, Season 4, is called Loot Reborn. Along with the season has come a whole host of changes that make the game so much better for those participating in it. Here are some of the best changes made for this season.

Legendary Temper Manuals are the best in Diablo 4, offering the highest affixes. Here's all you need to know to get them in season 4.

General Changes

Minor Changes Make Big Differences

There are quite a few general changes this season that Blizzard made that just make the game feel so much better. For example, they made it easier to use the Aspects that players can find. Instead of being in the player's inventory, they are now in the Codex of Power tab. Players can also see all Aspects available so they know which ones they need in order to update their gear to the best it can be.

Another general change that was made was to items. Instead of having affixes that are based on conditional values (like +5% damage to Elites), items now have affixes that have a base increase. This means that players will see just a base increase to their damage or skills rather than needing to meet a condition in order to have the affixes in effect.

Masterworking

Endgame Weapon Refining

Masterworking is one of the more exciting aspects added during his season. It is an endgame upgrade for weapons that allows players to create truly unique and powerful weapons that can destroy anything. Players will need to journey into The Pit of Artificers (another addition to this season) in order to gain materials that can refine their weapons even more. It will improve the affixes that are already on weapons.

The Hardest Diablo 4 Classes to Master

There's more than one way to play Diablo 4, but some classes are a lot harder to master than others. Here's what the learning curve looks like.

Each time that players reach a new level of Masterworking, their items will improve, and on the fourth level, one of their affixes will improve significantly. Throughout the process, the affixes can be upgraded significantly three times, and if players are lucky, the one affix they want to improve will be improved each time. If they are unsatisfied with their weapon, they can restart the Masterworking again.

Tempering

More Control Over Gear

Tempering is another crafting system that was added during Loot Reborn. Tempering allows players to start adding affixes to their gear as they are leveling up. Eventually, they will reach the point where they can start using Masterworking on those affixes to create the best gear that they can make. Rather than just rerolling affixes at Occultists, players can go ahead and add new affixes to the gear.

Once players find Tempering Manuals (which drop from bosses, Nightmare Dungeons, and Helltides), they can use them to add whatever affix that the manual contains to their gear. These manuals can be found in the Temper tab (inside the Codex of Power menu) and will show players all the manuals they own. Thankfully, they will be able to reuse manuals as many times as they want, allowing true customization.

The Pit of Artificers

New Endgame Content

The Pit of Artificers is the newest endgame content, and it is pretty exciting. Once players reach World Tier 4, they will be able to obtain a new quest that asks them to complete a Tier 46 Nightmare Dungeon. Once that is done, they will be able to collect Runeshards, which will come from Helltides, Whispers, Legion Events, Nightmare Dungeons, and even World Bosses. These Runeshards can then be used to enter into The Pit.

With the release of Season 4, many everyday things in the Diablo 4 world have changed, including Armor Cap. Here's all you need to know.

The Pit is how players will get materials to Masterwork their weapons and is a way for them to experience new content. Either solo or in groups of up to four players, players can dive into The Pit and will need to kill enough monsters before the time runs out. Depending on how much time is left when players finish the level, they may obtain even better rewards as they descend into the deeper levels of The Pit.

Helltides

More Accessible For Players

Diablo 4: Best Changes Made By The Loot Reborn Update (8)

Helltides have been completely revamped for the season, which might be the most exciting thing that has happened. Originally, Helltides could only be accessed on World Tier 3 and 4, meaning players who didn't feel comfortable at that level wouldn't be able to experience them. However, with this season, Helltides are available on all World Tiers, meaning that anyone playing the season will be able to do them.

Additionally, this has made Helltides one of the best ways for players to level up in the game. Blizzard also implemented a new threat level, which has made the activity even more exciting. The more Helltides a player takes on, the higher their threat level will be. Once they reach a level of 3, they will become Hell-Marked. If players make it out of a Helltide as Hell-Marked, they will be hunted down by a Hellborn, who can take on any Class in the game.
